Scott Cochrane is President and CEO of Cochrane Supply & Engineering, taking over for his father Donald Cochrane Sr. in 2000. Under his leadership, Cochrane Supply & Engineering has flourished with a nationwide footprint including ten branch locations throughout six states as well as one location in Canada. He is an advisory council member for multiple industry manufacturers such as Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, and Tridium. Scott is a co-editor of AutomatedBuildings.com, an advisory board member at Realcomm/IBcon, and the Executive Chairman for Controls-Con.

Todd Neese has been in the BAS/HVAC industry for over 30 years working in all functional areas including sales, manufacturing, and product management for field devices. Todd is currently employed by Belimo as an Application Consultant for Strategic Markets and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from Augustana College and Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. He currently lives in the Chicagoland area and attended his first Cubs game at age 7.

He is also accountable for commercial strategies to drive profitable product growth in local markets and channels, leading product management to drive innovation and creating world-class products and services. A proven software and data services executive who consistently operates at the forefront of internet, cloud, mobile and data services technologies, Bill has led innovations across smart cities, supply chains, big data analytics, location-based services and mobile while developing new industry business models and operating structures.

Etrit Demaj is the cofounder of KODE Labs, an international cloud-based vendor-agnostic and open operating system for smart buildings. After working in the real estate industry for over 15 years, Etrit gained deep knowledge and realized the built world was a goldmine of under-leveraged data. He founded KODE, with his brother, Edi Demaj, to bring forth a suite of software products that help the real estate industry embrace the benefits of cloud computing, data engineering, machine learning and other developments in technology faster than ever before. KODE's approach has always been very human centric.

DAVE MOLIN
President, Building Management Systems, HONEYWELL

Dave is currently the President of the Building Management Systems business within the Building Automation organization at Honeywell. He leads the commercial building controls product business and is ultimately responsible for strategy and strategic initiatives, innovation, new product introductions, and M&A activity. He has spent his entire career working in businesses that provide offerings to commercial buildings. He spent over 20 years working for Trane Technologies in a variety of product management, business development, and general management roles leading controls, digital, HVAC equipment, and performance contracting businesses at various times during his career there. In two different stints, Dave has over 10 years of service at Honeywell. He has been a portfolio leader, channel excellence leader, and general manager. He was actively involved with many of the key acquisitions that Honeywell has made in the commercial controls markets including Tridium, Inncom, Novar, Alerton, and Trend. Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas. He is also on the Board of Trustees for the Science Museum of Minnesota.

ANDREW D'AMELIO
Vice President & General Manager, Tridium

Mr. D’Amelio has more than 30 years of experience leading organizations focused on innovation and customer satisfaction, 25 of which have been associated with Honeywell. Andy is responsible for establishing business plans for the U.S. & Canada region to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. In addition, he develops marketplace opportunities, leads sales pursuits, oversees internal processes, and provides employee leadership in the achievement of common goals while developing strong partnerships with key customers and suppliers. Prior to his current role, he was the Vice President and General Manager, US & Canada for Productivity Solutions and Services and Vice President of Sales and Commercial Excellence for Honeywell Advanced Materials, Vice President and General Manager of Process Measurement and Control for Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), Vice President of Global Channels and Vice President of Sales, Americas for HPS. Mr. D’Amelio also served in several key roles previously with Honeywell Productivity Products (S&PS) including Vice President of Sales, Americas; Director of OEM Sales; Senior Director of Commercial Sales, Americas; and Senior Director of Global Business Development. Prior to joining Honeywell Productivity Products, Mr. D’Amelio was the Vice President of Sales for SL Waber, an electronics manufacturer specializing in power conditioning and power suppression products. Mr. D’Amelio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering with a concentration in automation from Drexel University. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

STEPHEN HOLICKY
CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER, Tridium

Stephen Holicky is the Chief Product Officer for the Niagara Framework and is responsible for overall strategy, product planning, marketing, and financials. He works closely with customers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define, manage and deliver a product roadmap and vision which impacts over 1 million instances worldwide. Prior to joining Tridium, Stephen worked with the Niagara Framework as a System Integrator and Commissioning Agent, while specifying its use for smart building integrations.
