He is an advisory council member for multiple industry manufacturers such as Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, and Tridium. Scott is a co-editor of AutomatedBuildings.com, an advisory board member at Realcomm/IBcon, and the Executive Chairman for Controls-Con.

A proven software and data services executive who consistently operates at the forefront of internet, cloud, mobile and data services technologies, Bill has led innovations across smart cities, supply chains, big data analytics, location-based services and mobile while developing new industry business models and operating structures.
Etrit Demaj is the cofounder of KODE Labs, an international cloud-based vendor-agnostic and open operating system for smart buildings. After working in the real estate industry for over 15 years, Etrit gained deep knowledge and realized the built world was a goldmine of under-leveraged data. He founded KODE, with his brother, Edi Demaj, to bring forth a suite of software products that help the real estate industry embrace the benefits of cloud computing, data engineering, machine learning and other developments in technology faster than ever before. KODE's approach has always been very human centric.
Sarah Bencic is the General Manager of the Americas Region for Honeywell's Building Management Systems business. She brings over fifteen years of experience in large, global public companies in the areas of general management, offering management, process excellence, marketing and business development. Sarah has been with Honeywell in the building automation market for three years. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Dave Glasgow is an Applications Consultant Manager for the Americas at Belimo. In the role of Applications Consultant Manager, he leads a diverse team of Regional Applications Consultants serving customers throughout the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Brazil. David comes from a background in BAS controls that spans over two decades. His career journey began as a field technician, progressing to other roles such as applications engineer, programmer, and project manager. In the later years of his career his responsibilities expanded to sales and business development starting and building controls divisions for several firms. David leverages industry knowledge to assist his team in supporting consulting engineers and customers with applications and up-to-date technologies surrounding all Belimo products.
Stephen is responsible for overall strategy, product planning, marketing, and financials of multiple software based offerings built on the Niagara Framework. I work closely with customers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define, manage and deliver a product roadmap and vision which impacts over 1 million instances worldwide.
